How many centuries did Virat score after becoming a captain??

Virat Kohli, also known as King Kohli, as his devotees call himOne of the best India had to offer, According to critics and fighters. He struggled because of bad luck, which his fans frequently blamed for his big-time losses. He’s been under the radar ever since he took over the captaincy of the Captain Cool MSD and is receiving praise and criticism left and right. The king has proved his worth on many occasions, but whenever in a big-time match, the team always almost chokes, be it an ODI Cup or Test. He is still regarded as the King or The Great by his fans, but now he seems to be struggling a lot.

He's having trouble scoring a lot of points. He was once hailed as the man who would break Sachin Tendulkar's record, but he's now in his third year of dry spell with a century drought, with many blaming the pressure on him because he's captain, and he's been struggling since he took up that post, but did he really? In today's blog, we'll learn how did Virat performed under his own captaincy and how many centuries did virat score after becoming a captain.

Test Format- He started his captaincy career in tests in 2014 during the Australia tour where he was a captain during one match and he scored his debut century as well, earning him one of the biggest achievements as he not only scored a century in the match but two in the same match during each inning but lost the match in the end. So his career started in this series as the 1st match captain was Kohli, but the 2nd and 3rd match captain was Dhoni, but after that he took retirement, leaving Kohli as a full-time test captain. Since then, he has scored approximately 17 centuries until 2019, when his dry spell began.

ODI Format- In January of 2017, MSD stepped down as captain and Kohli took over. After nearly ten years on the job, MSD stepped down, and Kohli lasted nearly four years to on his. In comparison to his Test captaincy, his time as an ODI captain was brief, since he was forced to resign abruptly. He had 17 centuries in One-Day Internationals until 2019. He's been putting up runs since then, but not in large quantities. This drought appears to be coming to an end, and it'll only be a matter of time before he hits home. Until then marks can make fun of him as much as they can, since once he reaches his century, the ruckus his fandom will raise will be enormous.

Now that the main question has been answered, let me provide some details about Virat Kohli's captaincy success. According to reports, he has competed in over 95 matches during his span (his overall span includes the odd matches where he captained in the absence of Dhoni) and has won around 65 of them, played a draw in one, lost around 27 and had no results in two, giving him the highest success percentage of any Indian to date of 70.43 percent.
