Villains are the most hated or hateful figures in almost every movie we see. They are always in bad light, no matter how valid they are or how rational they can be. Some people even like to call them broken angels who couldn’t take it anymore and turned evil. Villains sometimes think beyond our imagination, things we can’t even process, but just because their actions speak volume, we tend to hate them. Regardless, there have been villains throughout cinema's history who have not only dominated heroes with their presence but also their beliefs, something that people tend to agree with sooner or later. Here on this blog, we are going to count The Top Ten Times When Villains Were Right.

1. Madara Uchiha -

The greatest quote ever said by any villain in the anime, period. His words imparted wisdom on the world's situation. "Wake up to reality! Nothing ever goes as planned in this accursed world. The longer you live, the more you realize that the only things that truly exist in this reality are merely pain, suffering, and futility. Listen, everywhere you look in this world, wherever there is light, there will always be shadows to be found as well. As long as there is a concept of victors, the vanquished will also exist. The selfish intent of wanting to preserve peace, initiates war and hatred is born in order to protect love.

 2. Joker -

The Joker was not so much a villain but an anti-hero. All he wanted to prove was that this smile that everyone carries on their face is like his, "FAKE". In his own words, he described  “You see their morals, their code. It’s a bad joke. Dropped at the first sign of trouble. They’re only as good as the world allows them to be. When the chips are down, These civilised people? They’ll eat each other. I am not the real monster, I am just ahead of the curve.

3. Green Goblin -

The Notorious Green Goblin completely stole the show from Spider-Man in "No Way Home". Green Goblin spilled the truth about every hero's life on numerous occasions, but the most remarkable one was “ The one thing they loved more than a hero is to see a Hero Fail”.

4. Two Faced -

He’s the unluckiest guy ever. The guy who lived his life to save people ended up being the one whom people feared the most. What did he do to deserve it? Even Batman didn’t have answers to that, and that’s where the craziest line of all time comes from.“You either die a Hero or you live long enough to see yourself becoming a Villain”

 5. Thanos -

Ten Occasions When Villain's Philosophies Triumphed Over Heroes

One of Marvel's most powerful villains in the company's history. The fate of Marvel has been completely changed because of what he did. An Eternal–Deviant warlord from the moon Titan, Thanos is regarded as one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe. Atleast in his own eyes, he was carrying a mission where he wanted to vanish half of the universe’s population so all things could be balanced, as the life in the universe was getting out of control and wouldn’t be beneficial, and he decided to take matters into his own hands as he was working on moral grounds as well, and he didn’t consider his wrongdoing a selfish deed. Instead, he quoted  “The Hardest Choices Requires the Strongest Will.”

6. Bane -

Another Anti-Villain from the DC Universe. Insofar as his goal was not to kill heroes as such, but to eradicate evil, and in doing so, he himself became a villain. People don’t understand that sometimes the strongest decisions have to be made in order to make things right or set things straight, and Bane did it with ease. Batman had retired after the Joker and Dent scenario, but the crime was still lurking in the shadows. So when he came back and tried taking on Bane, that’s what he had to say to Batman “Peace has cost you your strength. Victory has defeated you.”

7. Voldemort -

The only villain on the list who had no intentions of doing good was Who was just pure evil? wanted to kill everyone who was either a muggle or a half-blood. Because he was half blood, he developed a hatred for the kind and began cleansing. The purpose of his life was simple “There is no good and evil. There is only power. And those too weak to seek it.” Alas, he wanted so much that he would control everything and anything, but sadly, destiny had better to offer.

 8. Loki -

Call him An Abdoned Child or The Child of War, call him whatever you want, but he’s my favorite character from all of the MCU. He always pretended to be cold, but in the end he wasn’t. All his deeds were provoked because he was betrayed, and some might say that he was wrong, but most of his philosophies weren't, and that’s when the coolest quote came “Freedom. Freedom is life’s great lie. Once you accept that, in your heart, you will know peace.”

9. Magneto

Erik Magnus Lehnsherr, also known as Magneto, the Master of Magnetism, is a powerful mutant prepared to go to any length to safeguard his species. [21] He was subjected to atrocities by the Nazis in Auschwitz when he was a child. He discovered that he had the mutant capacity to generate and control magnetic fields, but sadly, he had to pay the price of his own daughter's life, a condition that garnered him even more hatred and dread from others who were different from him. “I am no hero. Merely a man who has seen and done and endured what can never be forgotten or forgiven.”

10. Darth Vader -

Ten Occasions When Villain's Philosophies Triumphed Over Heroes

Anakin Skywalker, or Darth Vader, has a life filled with tragedy. He was born into slavery, saw his mother in front of his own eyes, saw his best friend die, lost his love, was burned, deemed unfit and many other things. The best of his quotes came when he was making a deal with Lando Carlissian. Lando gets to deliver Han Solo to Jabba the Hutt, and Vader gets... well, Vader gets whatever he wants. Yes, he says that he only wants Luke, but when that doesn’t work out, Vader changes his mind, and wants to take Leia and ChewbaccaTM as well. Like a true villain, Darth Vader will do anything it takes to achieve his goals. “I am altering the deal. Pray I don’t alter it any further.”

Every single person here has gone through something that no one else should have to go through. They may have lost to heroes in the end, but they have equal values in my perspective. Just because you can't see someone who is hurt doesn't imply he isn't hurting.
